  1. By participating in the “Gift Card Giveaway” competition (Promotion), each participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding.
  2. The Promoter is BENCHMARK REHAB (ABN 77 159 620 710) of Suite 2:08/32 Delhi Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113 (Promoter).
  3. The promotion commences at the start of the event and concludes at the end of the event. All entries must be received by the Promoter before to the end of the promotion.
  4. Participants must be aged 18 or over. Entry is open to attendees of the Care Expo who complete the online form.
  5. To enter the competition, participants must submit their contact details along with their feedback.
  6. The competition is a game of chance, and all participants have an equal opportunity to win based on luck, with no skill or specific knowledge required to determine the winner/s.
  7. The winner/s will be randomly determined through a fair and impartial drawing conducted by the Promoter. The selection process is final, and no further discussions or appeals will be entertained.
  8. The winner/s will be notified by email within 24 hours of being determined. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of the notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
  9. The prize is as listed on the promotion poster.
  10. There will be a maximum of one prize awarded per person.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without notice.
  12. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
