*Terms and Conditions:

  1. By participating in the “Gift Card Giveaway” competition (Promotion), each participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding.
  2. The Promoter is BENCHMARK REHAB (ABN 77 159 620 710) of Suite 2:08/32 Delhi Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113 (Promoter).
  3. The promotion commences at the start of the Occupational Therapy Australia National Conference & Exhibition (OTA event) and concludes at the end of the OTA event (25 – 27 June 2025). All entries must be received by the Promoter before to the end of the promotion.
  4. To enter the competition, participants must: a. Provide their feedback through the designated form. b. Submit their contact details (name, email address) along with their feedback.
  5. One (1) winner from each day of the event will be chosen at random from all the entrants. Each winner will receive a $100 Visa card.
  6. The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of being determined. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of the notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
  7. There will be a maximum of one prize awarded per person.
  8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions.
  9. The Promoter may use the winning answers and the first name of the winners for promotional purposes. By entering the competition, participants agree to grant the Promoter the right to use their answers and first name in this manner.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without notice.
  11. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
