  1. By participating in the “Gift Card Giveaway” competition (Promotion), each participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding.
  2. The Promoter is BENCHMARK REHAB (ABN 77 159 620 710) of Suite 2:08/32 Delhi Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113 (Promoter).
  3. The Promotion commences on 10 October, 2024, at 12:00 pm [AEST] and concludes on 10 October, 2024, at 3:00 pm [AEST]. Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time.
  4. Entrants must be current Allied Health students of University of Newcastle to be eligible to enter.
  5. To enter the competition, participants must: a. Provide their feedback through the designated form. b. Submit their contact details (name, email address) along with their feedback.
  6. The competition is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winner/s.
  7. The top three best answers will be selected as the winners by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. The winner/s will be notified by email within 24 hours of being determined. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of the notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
  9. The prize for each winner is one $100 gift card.
  10. There will be a maximum of one prize awarded per person.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions.
  12. The Promoter may use the winning answers and the first name of the winners for promotional purposes. By entering the competition, participants agree to grant the Promoter the right to use their answers and first name in this manner.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without notice.
  14. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
