  1. By participating in the “Professional Headshot” promotion, each participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding.
  2. The Promoter is BENCHMARK REHAB (ABN 77 159 620 710) of Suite 2:08/32 Delhi Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113 (Promoter).
  3. The promotion commences at the start of the Occupational Therapy Australia National Conference & Exhibition (OTA event) and concludes at the end of the event (25 – 27 June 2025). All entries must be received by the Promoter before to the end of the promotion.
  4. Participants must be aged 18 years or over. On each day of the OTA day, entry is open to the first 25 people who visit the Benchmark Rehab booth, complete the online sign-up form at the booth and follow Benchmark Rehab on LinkedIn.
  5. The participants will receive their headshot via email within 30 days of the event.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without notice.
  7. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. Collection Statement: Your privacy is important to us. Your information is collected by The Promoter and will be used and held in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
